I´m unable to use Apache on Azure´s webapps services. You can build a VM and run Apache that way, but it is more expensive.
We are on a limited budget so I will attempt to change the IIS version.

I think the example illustrates the format your user and domain info need to be saved as...
For example if I have the domain abc.usa.com
My user would be something like $Juan@abc.usa.com
Not exactly sure though as I have not enabled this function
