This green dropdown is coming from Gradebook Module menu. I deleted that and reimport into the menu and again assign it to the course. But still, I am seeing this green dropdown If I am login as student.

Ok i understand what you are saying. My scorm reports to the lms "completed" when the score is above or equal to passing marks. But in the grade book why its showing not passed =1 rather it should show passed =1

I launched the course as a student and received marks 87% as shown in the above pictures. But why it's showing 100% progress? It also happened when I launch the course and quickly closed it without going through the course. It still shows me 100% while I received marks around 4.2%
