Currently Google Analytics is supported by FormaLMS, I would suggest that Matomo Analytics (former Piwik) is supported in Settings as well. Matomo is quite popular as standalone or cloudbased web analytics software and its integration isnt a big thing: Just put their trackingcode into html HEAD/Footer and inform your users/clients in your privacy policy about using it.

This could be especially interesting as german data protection authorities are now actually fining companies who are using google analytics, especially if combined with other tracking mechanisms. Matomo is one of the only analytics packages who can be configured to be GDPR compliant not requiring user consent (as of today).
