how to log dirctly from another login page

Hi everybody !

I would like log from an page on the main site and go directly in mycourses wihtout login a second time in formalms

I explain : I have a site on .fr and a site on .net
formalms is on .net
I want when people log on .fr and clic on button they go directly on the page mycourse on .net
and if they go to log on .net they go to mycours too.
