Cannot log in for the first time

Hi, I have just installed FormaLMS version 3.3.10. However, when I tried to log in as the administrator for the very first time I got the following message:

Access denied, please check your password

I know the password is correct. I just set it during the installation process.

I'd love to log in and continue setting up FormaLMS but can't. Any ideas as to what I may be doing wrong and how to fix this would be much appreciated.

Reinstall and see if you have again the same issue.
If not, you may have misspelled the password without wanting to and you solved.
If you have the issue again, you need a developer.

Well, I tried reinstalling but that made no difference. The password is correct but I'm being told it's not. One thing I noticed was that at the System Check stage there was a message which said...

'Certain files does not have adequate permission - config.php'

Does anyone know what the correct permission for that file should be and where the file is located?

If that's not connected to my login problem then I would guess we're looking at a pretty serious bug because I can't be the only person who is unable to log in for the first time.

Double check if your browser is autofilling the password with another one you may have registered for the same domain.
Regarding adequate permission message, config.php should be writable by Apache user. If it's not, you may download and put the file in root folder.
