User Management Question

Post by sridhar »

Dear Team,

Greetings!

Hope you are all doing well during the COVID times.

I would like to know if it is possible to restrict the number of users when we use multi-client set-up in forma.

For example:

Main Site - No restriction in the number of users
Client 1 - Would like to restrict the Client to add a maximum of 500 users
Client 2 - Would like to restrict the Client to add a maximum of 3000 users

Is there any way in which this setup can be achieved?

I will be grateful if any one can assist.

Thanks in advance

Hi Sridhar, welcome on board!

What you can do is limit the amount of users that each administrator can add, by creating different types of administrator profiles
(admin500, admin3000 and so on) and assigning a different threshold of users that they can add to your different customer-admins
