Tuan - The solution you request has been requested by many LMS administrators over the years. If you change one question in a question bank instead of in a course, you may cause errors in other courses and tests that you are unaware of. By changing the question in the course you insure you are not causing other problems. I hope this helps.

You can only safetly change questions in tests not yet executed
