I am not able to assign the users into the company roles from the Admin area. Can you please help regarding this. It is very urgent for me.
Are you getting errors? Please describe exactly what you did and what you are trying to achive, or nobody here will be able to help you.
- create competences
- create roles
- click on the "star" icon and assign competences to roles
- set an expiration date for the competences
- go to the course list and assign competences to courses
Assigning users to roles
- Go to the list of roles you've created
- click on the "people" icon and assign users to the roles
We are trying to assign users under "Company Role" and for some reason we are not able to assign them. Can you please mention the steps involved in assigning the users to company roles. Please let us know if you need any further clarifications.
