Dear Members,

Im having a small problem which i found on the old docebo forum as per link below.

I cant seem to find the solution for this would anyone have any recommendations.

Are you using version 4.0.5? Did you move the platform from one server to another, or changed anything else? (assuming before it was working properly...)

Thank you for the quick reply.

We found that we had missing PHP functions, I suggest if anyone else has this problem, of having one server working fine and the otherwise not.

place on each server PHP Info page and check that you are running all the same Configure Command.
