Hi All None of Claudio's points changed anything so I approached our server host and they said : "The requested domain was violating mod-security rules. I have disabled the those rules so please check and confirm working of admin panel." Everything worked fine then. So if anyone else has this proble...

Hi, I have just made a clean install of Forma LMS using version 1.4.1 and I cannot save any new Learning Objects to a course. You can click the save button but they don't appear in the Learning Objects list. The only 'clue' which I can see compared to an upgraded 1.4.0 >> 1.4.1 (which works fine) is...
