Hi claccta,

I had the same problem and it seems that in previous versions of PHP mime_content_type() support could be set but this is no longer supported.

I contacted my hosting company and this is what they did :

"To fix this issue we have installed apache mod_mime_magic.c and mod_mime.c and have also installed php module fileinfo and now error related to
mime_content_type() support have gone and this function is set to on on the server."

We are on a dedicated server, so if you are on a shared server there may a be variation on this solution.
