Zoom integration Help Forma LMS 2.3

We own a zoom account and want to integrate it into the Forma site.

the Zoom site gives the following:

API file is "Zoom API.oas2.json"

When you try and import the file into the site under Setting >> Plugin Manager

it gives you an error "Error While Processing the requested Operation"

Could anyone please enlighten me to the step by step guide as to how to get Zoom integrated.

I am running Formalms site on IIS and windows.
