What do you mean ? Maybe if you can upload SCORM material forma.lms ?

I think he wants to do the other way around, i.e. saving the web pages he created in Forma into scorm. The answer is no: Forma doesn't export your material into scorm.

Or, maybe, he'd like to download a scorm learning object from the course as a zip package the way Moodle does...

yes, or any other ways for save my course for other lms\platform

Two solutions:
1) browse FTP manually to the /files/appLms/scorm folder and locate the folder of the package you're interested to. Download it and zip it's content.
2) have a developer to add a button to do 1) from the frontend of FormaLms.

I think it can be a good feature to be developed, even though not a matter of life and death. Feel free to contact me if you really need the function (2).
